Strategic Planning
Waubonsee is excited to be developing a longer-term strategic plan with the help of Huron Consulting Services, LLC, who were selected as the college’s partner in January 2024 after a bid process. In addition to this document that will chart the course for the future direction of the college, three supporting operational plans will also be developed — continuous process improvement, technology, and strategic enrollment management.
