Very soon my small office of bookshelves and an oversized desk was flooded with six students whom I had been working with day and night, seven days a week, for the previous two months. They each showed their excitement differently...
Then, I reached my hand into a cardboard box and revealed a book, their book, our book.
All Things Are Possible in May
Naturalist, photographer and writer (and native of nearby Joliet, Illinois) Edwin Way Teale wrote “The world's favorite season is the spring. All things seem possible in May.” While Teale wrote this in a book about nature, it is certainly true of students as they finish the academic year in May.

Waubonsee Offers Therapeutic Horse Riding Instructor Program
Beginning in the fall of 2019, Waubonsee Community College will offer a program that prepares students for the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH) certification as a Therapeutic Riding Instructor.
