The Importance—and Safety—of the Census

I was in high school in 2000 the first time I was involved in the U.S. census. My mom asked me to fill out the census form. She was concerned because she saw that it was mandatory but didn’t feel comfortable filling it out. She asked me to help her since I was the oldest. Benefits of Exercise

Popular culture bombards us with messages regarding the benefits of regular exercise. It is widely known that physical activity helps to facilitate weight loss, improves sleep, and reduces the risk of some diseases including: cardiovascular disease, cancer, and type 2 diabetes.
