In her presentation on March 13, Waubonsee Associate Professor of Mathematics Amy Del Medico will open people's eyes to the beauty of math in nature all around us, discussing the unique properties of fractals in objects we encounter everyday, as well as how fractals are used to make some of today's most mind-blowing special effects.

Waubonsee Community College will once again offer free income tax return preparation help to low- and moderate-income individuals and families on Wednesdays and Saturdays from Jan. 29 - April 12.
