Grants Administration

The mission of the Grants Office is to facilitate the development, acquisition, and implementation of high quality grant funded projects that further the college’s mission, values, and goals set forth in the Transformational Plan. The Grants Office proactively seeks excellence in the production of grant proposals, the implementation of grant funded projects, and the management of resources entrusted to the college by our funding agencies.

The responsibilities of the Grants Office are:

• To provide leadership in planning and securing external grant funding in order to advance the college’s mission and transformational goals.
• To conduct research and advise the college community of funding opportunities.
• To support proposal development, submission, and management oversight of grant projects that result in successful proposals.
• To equip and empower faculty, staff, and administrators with the knowledge and skills needed to participate in the grant making process.

Services available through the Grants Office are: research, preliminary planning, proposal development support, coordination of grant submissions, and grants administration.
