Registration and Records

This office handles the registration process for all students: full-time and part- time, credit and noncredit programs, even high school and youth programs.

Your academic credit is important, whether you’re applying it to your Waubonsee program or planning to pursue an advanced degree. Our staff works with you to make sure you get the credit you’ve earned.

Obtain copies of your transcripts—essential for transferring your college credit, and helpful when applying for scholarships and some jobs.

At Waubonsee, grades are available online through the mywcc portal. They are no longer mailed to students.

If you need to update your name, address, telephone number, email address or other information in our records, complete and submit the Student Information Change Form.  If you are a current student you can also update your address, telephone number and email address using the Online Address Change Request in the mywcc portal.

To request a duplicate diploma or certificate, please send an email with your name, X-number (if known), a contact phone number and the name of the diploma or certificate that you are requesting to graduation@waubonsee.edu. A Credentials Analyst will contact you with information regarding your request.
Please note: there is a processing fee of $10 per document requested.
