Financing Your Experience

Navigate the financial side of college with confidence! Student Accounts, Financial Aid, and Money Matters present the money lessons you need to be a successful college student. Don’t fall for common pitfalls or misconceptions around managing your balance and accessing aid. In this session, we’ll help you focus on school, not financial stress.

Planning Your Path

If you are a degree-seeking student, you will have an Academic and Career Advisor who will help you with all your planning and course selection throughout your time at Waubonsee, including transferring to a four-year college or university. Your advisor is your “go to” person whenever you have a question or need support.

If you’re still undecided about your career and major, talk to your Academic and Career Advisor who can explain career assessment tools, career exploration resources, academic program options and paths, along with internships and service learning opportunities.

Your first semester can be overwhelming but remember you are not alone. Waubonsee has a team of Academic and Career Advisors as well as Counselors ready to help support your academic and personal success!
