All employers recruiting at Waubonsee Community College, whether in person, through posted jobs or by attending events, are required to uphold the professional conduct standards outlined in the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Principles for Employment Professionals, a subsection within Principles for Ethical Professional Practice.

Job opportunities that are ineligible for listing at Waubonsee include, but are not limited to, in-home situations, independent businesses, independent marketing or sales for multi-level marketing companies while acting as an independent contractor. In addition, Waubonsee does not allow promotion of opportunities where job seekers are required to provide a monetary commitment or are solely commission-based employment.
