Waubonsee Community College continues to partner with The Hartford to create an apprenticeship program that is a remarkable opportunity for Waubonsee students.
Students selected for The Hartford Apprenticeship Program will be eligible for tuition benefits from The Hartford. The students will also participate in a 5-week, full-time on-the-job training session with full benefits and $18 per hour wage. This apprenticeship begins in April. Also, students who have completed the apprenticeship and degree requirements will have employment opportunities with The Hartford.
People interested in this opportunity must attend one of two information sessions in order to apply. One session is on Tuesday, March 1 at 9 a.m. and the other session is on Thursday, March 3 at 11 a.m. Both sessions are virtual and you must register in advance.
