In an effort to continue to provide a safe campus environment, Waubonsee Community College will be offering two walk-in, community-wide, COVID-19 vaccination and booster clinics. The clinics will offer staff, students, and community members the option to choose between receiving the first or second Pfizer shot, a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, or a booster shot. No appointments, registration, or insurance is required to attend.
The Pfizer vaccine is for individuals 12 years old and over. Parents/guardians need to accompany anyone under the age of 18. We are unable to offer the vaccine to children ages 5-11 years old at this time.
The time and dates for the free clinics are:
- Wednesday, December 8, 2021 from 2 to 6 p.m. – Sugar Grove Campus in the Student Center Café
- Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 2 to 6 p.m. - Aurora Downtown Campus in the conference room
