Waubonsee Community College will host a virtual career event on Tuesday, December 15 from 6 to 7 p.m. Featuring up-to-date information on employment trends, the event is designed for anyone looking to launch a new career or improve the one you currently have. Presented by Waubonsee’s employment experts, topics include Hot Careers for 2021 and how to prepare for them, along with a list of companies that are currently hiring. Opportunities to get your tuition paid through an apprenticeship will also be discussed.
All who attend will be entered into a drawing for a free class at Waubonsee, up to a $500 value. The career event is free, but registration is required. Visit waubonsee.edu/CTEevents to sign up. A Zoom link will be emailed to each registrant prior to the event.
