The following URL redirects illustrate what we believe is Drupal incorrectly converting target URLs from http:// to https://

• /databases/ should redirect to:  http://guides.library.waubonsee.edu/az.php

The following redirect to a non-waubonsee domain also converts to https during the redirect.

• /pirate -> http://www.piratefamilydaze.org/
