Waubonsee Community College welcomes Mr. Timothy Bizoukas to the position of Director of Employee Development.
Bizoukas has served as a Learning System Instructional Designer for Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. for the past four years. Before that, he served in the U.S. Army for nearly 30 years and retired at the rank of lieutenant colonel.
Bizoukas holds a Master of Science in Adult and Continuing Education from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Science and Political Science from Michigan State University. He is also pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Adult Learning and Leadership from Kansas State University.
This position was created as part of the college’s reinvention that was announced in April. The position will focus on employee development and training, specifically to support the college’s administrative and support staff training and professional development needs. The college’s board of trustees approved Bizoukas’ appointment at their regularly scheduled meeting on Aug. 22. Bizoukas assumed the duties of the position on Sept. 4.
