Jessica Price, Associate Chief of Staff
Waubonsee Community College is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Price, of Elgin, as the Associate Chief of Staff. With a background in higher education administration, strategic leadership, and student advocacy, Jessica brings a wealth of experience that will support the college’s mission.
Price joins Waubonsee from Elgin Community College, where she served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing, Communications, and Government Relations Officer. Prior to that, she held positions in North Park University’s registrar and financial aid offices, advancing to Assistant Director of Financial Aid. In this role, she played a pivotal part in ensuring compliance, enhancing student support, and optimizing institutional processes aimed at improving the student experience. In addition to her work in higher education, Price previously served in the immigration division of Catholic Charities, where she specialized in Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and family-based immigration services.
Price holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Youth Ministry from North Park University.
