High school students in Illinois are now required to take the SAT in the spring of their junior year. To help students prepare for this, Waubonsee Community College offers test preparation courses for both the SAT and the ACT.

Courses begin in January, February and March and meet on Saturday mornings for either four or two weeks. The four-week courses cost $129 and the two-week courses cost $69.

These courses are designed to help high school students improve their SAT score in English and Mathematics. In addition to reviewing the subject matter of each test, students will learn strategies designed to help them when they are unsure of the answer.

Visit www.waubonsee.edu/actprep for more information about the test preparation courses and to register for the courses.
