For many students, the cost of higher education can feel like an insurmountable challenge. At Waubonsee Community College, the scholarships provided through the Waubonsee Foundation are making college more accessible, helping students turn academic and career aspirations into reality.
Students seeking a scholarship for the 2025-2026 academic year can do so by submitting one online application, which is now open and available. Eligible applicants will be considered for over 300 awards, ranging from $250 to $5,000. During the 2024-2025 academic year, the Waubonsee Foundation provided 380 scholarship awards totaling more than $373,000.
To maximize one’s chance of receiving an award for the 2025-2026 academic year, applications and supporting materials should be received by the Feb. 3 priority deadline.
