Adult Education and family literacy programs play a crucial role in bridging the gap in society by providing essential education for adults with low literacy, numeracy, and technology skills.
National Adult Education and Family Literacy Week underscores the importance of raising public awareness and fostering support for empowering adults with the skills needed to thrive in today’s technology-driven world. By offering free, accessible technology literacy classes, Waubonsee and its partners aim to address the growing need for increased financial and societal support for access to these programs.
