Eight Waubonsee Community College students passed the SkillsUSA Illinois State Qualifying Exams and will now compete at this year’s SkillsUSA Illinois Championships next month in Springfield.
Competing in Automotive Refinishing Technology will be Andrew Butzow, Melanie Thomas and Maria Newkirk.
Competing in Automotive Service Technology will be Drew Kleyweg and Nathan Palfalvi.
Competing in CNC Milling will be Joseph Lemire. Competing in Collision Repair Technology will be Daniel Dwyer and John Cisneros.
