This course is a comprehensive study of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Federal Insurance Contributions Act, Unemployment Tax Acts, the federal and state income tax withholding laws and fair employment laws as they relate to payroll accounting. Course coverage includes the preparation of payroll records and tax returns. The course also addresses current payroll accounting issues. Recommended Prereq, ACC101 or ACC202
