Waubonsee Community College will host a Veterans Day observance on Thursday, November 11.
The event will feature remarks by Jeffrey Gregor, Dean for Health Professions and Public Service.
The event will also feature a presentation of colors by members of the West Aurora High School Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps, as well as patriotic music selections by faculty. The event will be held in the Academic and Professional Center starting at 11 a.m. Immediately following the program, all veterans are invited to participate in a group photo.
