Emergency Preparedness for 18+ year olds

Tue., March 4 at Aurora Downtown Campus or Wed., March 5 at Sugar Grove Campus

You can make a difference in how well your family and your community prepare for the many hazards that surround us each day. Personal preparedness is the key in keeping your family, and your community, safe during emergencies and disasters. This can be achieved by maximizing awareness and encouraging participation in disaster preparedness activities to affect change at the community level. Courses will go over weather and natural disasters (think last year's February tornadoes), basic gun safety, basic first aid, and having the right items in your office/classroom/home to be ready to go in an emergency.
