Official Transcripts
mywcc - $5.00
Requesting transcripts through mywcc is the preferred method. Students who authenticate through their mywcc login will not be required to submit an additional authorization form.
- Go to the Waubonsee Transcript Request by logging in through mywcc. This will take you directly to Waubonsee's authorized transcript provider, Parchment.
- Log in to your Parchment account to begin your order. If it is your first time ordering, you will need to create a Parchment account.
- Follow the provided instructions to complete your order. You may order a PDF transcript to be sent electronically or a paper copy to be mailed.
- For help with your transcript order, the best first step is to log into your Parchment account, then visit the Parchment Help Center, where you can find answers to frequently asked questions and articles to support your needs. From the Parchment Help Center, you can submit a web case for support or contact a Learner Support Representative for assistance. The Support Team is available M-F, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET.

While you can request a transcript at any campus, only Sugar Grove can issue it at the time of your visit.
When picking up a transcript in person you will be asked to show a photo ID.

GED/High School Equivalency Transcripts
Waubonsee doesn’t generate GED or high school equivalency (HSE) transcripts, but there are several resources that can help you obtain this important documentation.
- Illinois
Illinois GED and HSE records are issued by and located at Regional Offices of Education. Use this ROE locator and county directory to identify and contact your regional office.
- Other Areas
If your GED/HSE was issued in another state, a U.S. territory or Canada, www.gedtestingservice.com can direct you to the specific resource for that location. Transcripts issued through the military can also be requested.
Co-Curricular Transcripts
Your co-curricular transcript highlights your activities outside the classroom, including various Student Life organizations. It's available in mywcc.
