Veterans and current service members of the military may be granted a total of four semester hours of credit as a result of their basic military service training. Not all military training will be granted college credit. Experience is evaluated based on recommendations by the Commission of Accreditation of Service Experience of the American Council on Education (ACE). Training that is not equal to a Waubonsee Community College course cannot be granted credit.
Instructions: Complete the online form below. Attach a copy of VA Form DD-214 for basic training credit only or attach an official Joint Services Transcript (Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Coast Guard personnel) or official Community College of the Air Force Transcript for college credit for military training. Transcripts accessed through the JST website can be sent directly to Waubonsee upon request.
