In our first 40 years of existence, Waubonsee Community College has helped more than 250,000 students find success and realize their dreams. Waubonsee celebrated its 40th anniversary starting Aug. 25, 2006, with the grand opening of our state-of-the-art Science Building, and concluding Sept. 14, 2007, with the grand opening of the Academic and Professional Center and a recognition ceremony for the college’s “Fabulous 40” alumni and students.
